The beach access is fantastic; it’s right there after the casino, and great for fishing. Our room was not well maintained with dirty areas and some broken fixtures. The happy hour at Bubba Gump's was excellent. Staff seemed overwhelmed, resulting in long waits for service. Would consider a return if the issues are addressed.

The pool area is stunning, with a great vibe and awesome drinks at the swim-up bar. Rooms lack refrigerators, which would be helpful especially after late-night snacks. The casino offers lots of gaming options but can get crowded during peak hours. Friendly staff made for a pleasant experience overall.

Morton’s Steak House was a highlight for our anniversary, and the pool provided a great escape amidst the chaos. the dirty rooms and damp odor were frustrating. I had to switch rooms twice, and the missing mini fridge was a letdown. The check-in process was rocky, too, with computers down. We were excited for evening swims, only to find the pool closed early. Despite the beautiful location and great food options, the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest needs makes me hesitant to return. The potential is there, but it needs better execution.

The jacuzzi king suite offered great comfort, with a spacious layout and a pleasant atmosphere. Cleanliness was a major highlight; the room was immaculate. the temperature control was less effective, leading to some discomfort. The noise level was an issue, especially with loud neighbors. During my stay, I noticed outdated bathroom fixtures needing attention. the friendly staff made for a pleasant check-in experience. Despite a few snagging details with amenities and the broken alarm clock, the bed was comfortable, contributing to a restful night.

The location steals the show with amazing views and easy access to nearby attractions. The pool and bar staff are friendly, making drinks flow like water.
But you'll need some serious patience for room issues and a not-so-cheerful front desk.

The hot tub was a disaster! Super slippery with no handrails, making it a potential trap for anyone older or even a bit tipsy. I couldn't relax, worrying someone might really hurt themselves. Definitely not safe for a fun getaway!

The hotel offers breathtaking views of the water, and places like the maritime and seafood industry museum are just 600 meters away, while delightful dining options such as Lillie's Asian Cuisine are a quick 90 meters from the hotel, making it super convenient for weekend strolls and exploration; I loved the beautiful pools and found the staff to be exceptional, always eager to help, but it would be nice if some rooms included basic amenities like refrigerators and microwaves.

The pool area was a definite highlight - it was lovely and had plenty of seating. We enjoyed the delicious burger from the grill and the treats from the cute chocolate store. The beds were clean and comfortable, with lots of pillows, and the AC kept the room cool, which was great. there were some disappointing aspects as well. The rooms had a damp smell, and the carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. We also found some cleanliness issues like used soap left in the shower and trash in random places. It was a bummer that there was no refrigerator in the room, and the coffee maker was missing parts. One major inconvenience was the lack of housekeeping service; for the price we paid, we expected daily cleaning. the check-in process was confusing, and some staff members were rude or unhelpful.

I had a blast diving into the H20 Pool with its swim-up bar! The staff was friendly and the room was super clean with a fantastic balcony view. Morton’s Steakhouse made my birthday dinner absolutely delicious!

Check-in was delayed, and the room was not adequately cleaned. Charges were unclear—excessive fees for an extra night left us frustrated. Staff inconsistencies regarding pool access for children compounded the disappointment. Security policies need reevaluation; young adults should not require escorts for basic access. Requested items like blankets and toiletries were poorly managed. Potential exists for greatness, but attention to detail is crucial. Address these lapses, and this place could be a gem. Right now, it’s just an average stay with missed opportunities.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the ocean view is fantastic. There’s a great pool area perfect for relaxation after a long day.

The hotel is just a short stroll from the ocean and is surrounded by fun attractions like the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum and a variety of great restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Biloxi. You can find popular spots like Bubba Gump Shrimp Co and Margaritaville Restaurant within a quick 5-minute walk, while the vibrant nightlife can be enjoyed at other nearby casinos just a few minutes away. The staff provided excellent service, particularly at the pool area where Cameron was really helpful and friendly.

The slots and table games were fuego. We cashed in big with our club card. The casino is super convenient, right by parking. shoutout to the 24-hour Helpline, they got your back if things get too wild!
We could've used a better variety of late-night food options for our party crew.

Located close to other casinos & the ocean, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and the room was spotless , loved having a balcony to relax on after a long day of adventures.
Parking was a nightmare , dark and cramped spaces made it a hassle. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room during the three, night stay, and basic amenities like a fridge, microwave, or coffee maker were missing in the standard rooms.

The location was great , close to nice areas. The check, in process was smooth, and the staff in the casino/lounge areas were friendly and helpful.
Our room felt outdated, with dim lighting in the bathroom and noise from the neighboring room. Basic amenities, like the coffee maker, were not up to standard.

The Gulf Coast scenery was fabulous, and the diverse dining options were a treat. The poolside blackjack was quite the experience.
I had a blast getting stuck in the elevator for over an hour. Such a memorable way to spend midnight.

the golden nugget was spotless and the location by the beach was perfect for chilling. the staff were super friendly and helpful. my room had a terrace view which was amazing, and the no-carpet thing was a winner. also, the valet service was a top-notch touch. everything was great - but the standout was morton's steakhouse. their food and service were next level.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the terrace provided a lovely view. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a casino, spa, dessert shop. We were able to enjoy our stay without having to leave the premises. The rates were reasonable, making it a great value for money.
